Contract Follow-up & Aftercare
Our service does not end at arrival. We follow up after placement to support both the employer and the helper throughout the 2-year contract.
1. Onboarding Check-in
We check in during the first weeks to help both sides settle in — house rules, cooking, communication and daily routine.
2. Ongoing Support
If issues arise during the contract, we are available to mediate and provide guidance in line with Labour Department requirements.
3. Renewal or Replacement
Before contract expiry, we assist with renewal paperwork. Where applicable under our service terms, we also assist with replacement arrangements.
